ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

1. Must be a Filipino citizen, of legal age, married, solo parent or single but head of the family.
2. Must be an occupant of partially or totally damage structure (Typhoon Yolanda), located in hazard prone areas, displaced due to government projects, informal settlers and have not build/owned permanent residential property as of this date.
3. Must not be an awardee or beneficiary of any government housing projects.
4. Must be an actual resident of Jamindan and do not own a house and lot.
5. The beneficiary and his/her family obligate themselves to immediately, relocate, occupy and take possession of the above-described property for their own use and benefit upon acceptance and within once (1) month upon turn-over.
