PROPOSED CRITERIA FOR JAMINDAN VILLE 2

Requirements:
  1. Certificate of No land holdings from the Municipal Assessor and affidavit of No land holdings witnessed by the Barangay Captain.
  2. The family income must be BELOW poverty threshold. Combined family income must not be above P200,000.00 annually.
  3. Certificate of indigency from the Punong Barangay.
  4. Photocopy of vaccination card certified by the MHO.
